Iran’s army says it’s stopped attacking amid lull in US strikes

Iran’s army says it’s halted its attacks amid a lull in US strikes, and says American strategy is not even clear to US decision-makers.

“Americans stopped their attacks over the past two nights. Since our strategy has been entirely retaliatory, we also stopped our retaliatory operations,” says spokesman Amir Akraminia, as quoted by Iran International.

Akraminia adds that “the US strategy is unclear even to the country’s own officials. This is evident in the remarks of US officials, particularly the US president, as well as in the actions of US Central Command.”
