Netanyahu, Gallant ‘fully back’ top military brass after repeated attacks from coalition
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleFollowing many attacks on top IDF brass from within the coalition and from the premier’s son Yair Netanyahu in recent days, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant issue a joint statement saying they are “working in close cooperation and fully backing the IDF chief of staff and IDF officers to guarantee the security of the state and its citizens.”
The pair say they “reject any attack against top officials in the security apparatus, and back IDF commanders and soldiers who are working day and night for the security of Israel.”
