Attorneys for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have requested from the court to cancel his scheduled testimony today in his ongoing corruption trial.
The hearing was slated to begin today at 9:30 a.m. Netanyahu’s attorneys cited “diplomatic and security reasons” for requesting the cancellation, something that has been commonplace during the period of his testimony.
The judges in the case have not yet ruled on whether to accept the request.
