Palestinian prisoner due to be released in deal attacks female prison guard
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA Palestinian security prisoner due to be freed and deported as part of a hostage and ceasefire deal attacked a female guard today, prison officials say.
He attacked her while being processed for deportation in southern Israel’s Ketziot Prison. The guard was treated for her injuries on the spot.
The prisoner was subdued by other guards and detained for interrogation by police, the Israel Prison Service adds.
