Report: Terrorist who attacked Bondi Hanukkah event has woken from coma

Bondi Beach terrorist Naveed Akram, 24, who was shot and critically wounded during the attack, has woken from a coma, police tell the Sydney Morning Herald.
The outlet says that his condition is unclear.
Akram carried out the massacre at a Bondi Beach Hanukkah event along with his father Sajid Akram, 50, who was shot and killed.
The father and son killed 15 people during an attack targeting the Jewish community in Sydney on Sunday.
