Soldier wounded in missile strike from Gaza sees ‘dramatic improvement’

A soldier wounded in a Hamas missile attack on an IDF jeep near Gaza yesterday has seen a “dramatic improvement” in his condition, according to a Soroka Hospital spokesperson.

The soldier went into surgery when he arrived at the Beersheba hospital yesterday and is now recuperating in the neurosurgical ward. His condition has been upgraded to lightly wounded.

St. Sgt. Omer Tabib, 21, was killed in the missile strike. A third soldier was seriously hurt.
