Teen killed in West Bank protests

Israeli troops shot dead a Palestinian teenager today amid widespread protests across the West Bank against the Israeli military campaign in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian medical officials say.

They say that Mohammed Qatri, 19, was one of a group who clashed with soldiers near Psagot, between Jerusalem and the West Bank city of Ramallah.

The army says it is looking into the report.
