Thousands attend pro-Palestinian rally in Geneva

Several thousand people demonstrate in a pro-Palestinian rally in Geneva.

Police and organizers say around 6,000 people attend, national broadcaster RTS reports. The Tribune de Geneve newspaper gives the same figure.

Protesters march behind a banner reading “Free Palestine” and chant “Long live Palestine” and “Israel: assassins” while dozens wave Palestinian flags.
