US President Donald Trump says that he is withdrawing his support and endorsement of Republican lawmaker Marjorie Taylor Greene.

“I am withdrawing my support and endorsement of ‘Congresswoman’ Marjorie Taylor Greene, of the great state of Georgia,” Trump posts on Truth Social.

“All I see ‘Wacky’ Marjorie do is COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN!”

Greene, a member of the House of Representatives, has long been a reliable ally and fierce defender of Trump but in recent weeks she has taken positions at odds with the White House and some of her fellow Republicans, particularly on Israel, which she has accused of “genocide” in the war against Hamas in Gaza.
