TV: Hamas trying to encourage terror attacks from West Bank
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleHamas is doing its utmost to encourage terrorist attacks from the West Bank on targets in Israel, Channel 12 reports, and failing that on settlements or military targets in the West Bank.
It has also been distributing leaflets in the West Bank, notably in refugee camps, asserting that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has approved violent confrontations with IDF forces tomorrow, when the PA has called a general strike in the West Bank, the report says.
Abbas, who met earlier today with US emissary Hady Amr, has told the PA’s security forces that this is not the case, and that they are to seek to prevent such confrontations.
