Woman indicted for breaking quarantine, visiting hospital while positive for COVID
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleState prosecutors have filed an indictment against a woman who broke quarantine and visited a hospital while positive for COVID-19, in the first such case since enforcement was renewed in September.
According to the charge sheet filed at the Beersheba Magistrate’s Court, the 26-year-old resident of Netivot broke quarantine after testing positive and came to Soroka hospital in Beersheba to visit her father.
She is accused of spreading a disease.
