Abbas in Paris for Hollande meeting
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePalestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas arrives in Paris ahead of talks Tuesday with French President Francois Hollande. He will depart Wednesday for a meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
At a ceremony in the French capital in which Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo awards him the city’s highest distinction, Abbas praises the “very strong ties of friendship that bind us to France.”
