Amid conflicting tolls, Taliban says 13-20 people killed in Kabul blasts

The death toll from two blasts in crowds outside Kabul’s airport could be as high as 20, a spokesman for the Taliban tells AFP.

“Our initial information shows between 13 and 20 killed and 52 wounded,” chief spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid says.

There are conflicting reports on the death toll, ranging from six deaths to 40.
