From Bennett denies Iranian hackers’ claim that they infiltrated his phone

Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett says that his phone wasn’t hacked, after the Iranian “Handala” hackers’ group claimed to have infiltrated the politician’s cellphone in what it dubbed “Operation Octopus.”
“Following tests that we conducted, it has been determined that Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s phone wasn’t hacked,” says Bennett’s office in a brief statement.
The former premier has referred to Iran as “the head of the octopus” of forces threatening Israel in the region.
He is seen as the most credible challenger to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in next year’s elections, for which he has already begun campaigning.
