Blinken return to focus on evacuating foreigners, Americans from Gaza — report

Channel 12 says that among the issues US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is set to discuss on his return to Israel are efforts to enable the estimated 1,000 foreign nationals in Gaza, including 300 Americans, to safely exit.
State Department spokesman Matthew Miller tells reporters traveling with Blinken that the secretary was returning to Tel Aviv “for further consultations with Israeli officials.” Miller did not elaborate.
Blinken will return to Israel this week after completing a frantic six-country rush through Arab nations aimed at preventing the Israel-Hamas war from igniting a broader regional conflict.
