L’Oréal Israel will partner with the Super-Pharm chain to launch a weeklong campaign starting tomorrow to encourage the use of refills, Hebrew media reports.

Coinciding with International Refill Day, the initiative will offer discounts ranging from 20% to 40% on refillable products across categories such as skincare, fragrances and haircare.

Promotions will run online for a week, along with physical pop-up stalls with perfume giveaways in Tel Aviv and Haifa.

A 2026 Kantar Institute survey commissioned by L’Oréal Israel found that 63% of Israeli consumers are mainly motivated by cost savings, with 34% citing sustainability as a key driver. While more people are aware of the refill option, especially those aged 30 to 44, few have adopted the habit, the survey showed.
