Officials in the “Change bloc” seeking to replace Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accuse Likud of leaking a false story about coalition talks between the premier and Blue and White chairman Benny Gantz, which it says is aimed at breaking up their bloc, Channel 12 reports.

The officials say the leak is also aimed at placing pressure on New Hope’s Gideon Sa’ar to join Netanyahu, to avoid the risk of being left in the opposition as a right-wing government is formed.
