Heir to US raisin fortune arrested for antisemitic harassment against neighbor

Bruce Lion, the wealthy heir to the Lion Raisins company, has been arrested following antisemitic harassment against his neighbor in California, The California Post reports.

Images show a shirtless Lion shouting antisemitic abuse from his balcony at the Chabad house next door.

“I ain’t going nowhere, Jew boy,” Lion shouted, according to the report. “Your fake fucking gospel don’t mean shit. You’re fucking done. You kill Jesus. You’re going to fucking hell.”

Rabbi Zushe Cunin, from Chabad of Pacific Palisades, tells The Post that Lion began the harassment after buying the mansion next door to the Chabad house for more than $5 million in March.

Cunin says some of the abuse took place during services in front of children.

Lion tells The Post that he blasts Christian music “as loud as I can” to irritate the Jews next door.

“I want them to know they’re going to hell and it makes me happy,” he says.

He blames his Jewish neighbors for the dispute, saying they were “calling me all kinds of names” and are “hiding bodies” on their property.

He is arrested and charged with making terror threats, the report says.

Lion has a history of arrests for various offenses and has also made hateful statements against Black people, The Post reports.
