IDF confirms it conducted airstrike in northern Gaza targeting incendiary balloon launchers
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe IDF confirms that one of its aircraft conducted an airstrike in the northern Gaza Strip targeting a group of Palestinians preparing to launch incendiary balloons at southern Israel.
Earlier, the Hamas-run Gaza health ministry reported that three people had been injured in the Israeli strike.
The army refuses to comment on the reported injuries, saying only that it is aware of the reports.
The military says the target of the strike was a cart being used by the cell.
