IDF says it struck second Hezbollah member in Beirut in past hour

The IDF says it carried out a strike against another Hezbollah operative in Beirut a short while ago.

It marks the second strike targeting a member of the terror group in the Lebanese capital in under an hour.

The military says it will provide further details on the strikes later.
