Iron Dome intercepts several rockets in volley fired at Sderot, Ashkelon and other border towns

Rocket warning sirens are sounding simultaneously in the southern cities of Sderot and Ashkelon, and other towns close to the border with the Gaza Strip.

Initial reports say that at least six projectiles are intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system over the areas.

There are no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
