Knesset speaker calls for annexation of parts of West Bank
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleKnesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein says he hopes Israel will finally annex parts of the West Bank, particularly the Etzion settlement bloc south of Jerusalem, and the Jordan Valley.
Addressing parliament for a meeting marking the 11th anniversary of the Israeli pullout from the Gaza Strip, Edelstein says that “instead of uprooting and destroying, we must plant, build and fortify our strongholds here!”
