Members of anti-Zionist Haredi group visit family of soldier-slapping teen

Members of the anti-Zionist ultra-Orthodox sect Neturei Karta visit the family of Palestinian teenager Ahed Tamimi, who is awaiting trial at a West Bank military court after a video last month showed her slapping IDF soldiers in her West Bank village.

Photos of the visit, which was reported by the ultra-Orthodox Kikar Hashabbat news site, show members of the group holding Palestinian flags and signs calling for Ahed Tamimi’s release alongside her father, Bassem Tamimi.

The Neturei Karta members say tell Tamimi they condemn his daughter’s arrest by the IDF, Kikar Hashabbat reports.
