Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to Jewish rioters in the West Bank as a “metastasizing cancer,” during cabinet deliberations in March on a plan to curb violent settler extremism, Channel 13 news reports.

The report says parts of the plan approved by the government have not been revealed for political reasons, with Netanyahu and other unspecified ministers wanting it to remain hidden, while Shin Bet head David Zini and other security officials pushed for it to be publicized.
