Netanyahu says he meant to say he visited Azerbaijan, not Afghanistan
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePrime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he made a slip of the tongue in his campaign speech and that he meant to say he visited Azerbaijan, not Afghanistan.
“But who knows, maybe in the next term?” he tweets.
Some news outlets were reporting that the premier had revealed a dramatic piece of information, although it was not clear whether the remark was intended.
