Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke last night a memorial dinner for the late senator Lindsey Graham at the Four Seasons hotel in Washington, his office tells The Times of Israel.
The event was hosted by senior US diplomat Morgan Ortagus and Lebanese businessman Antoun Sehnaoui, Axios reports.
Graham’s sister and his replacement in the Senate, Darline Graham, attended, as did a number of GOP and Democratic Senate colleagues.
From the Trump administration, Homeland Security Secretary Marwayne Mullin and top Trump aide Stephen Miller were at the event, as was Israel’s Ambassador Yechiel Leiter, according to Axios.
