Plea deal sees exterminator jailed for deaths of 2 little girls
Jerusalem District Court approves a plea bargain in the case of an exterminator who caused the death of two young sisters in 2014 by exposing them to toxic chemicals.
Under the terms of the bargain, Yossi Barkan will admit using the deadly pesticide that killed Yael and Avigail Gross, aged 1 and 4, and badly harmed the other family members.
In return, Barkan will serve a reduced jail sentence of 3 years and pay the Gross family NIS 200,000 ($50,000) in damages.
