Saudi authorities issue brief warning for Jazan province along Yemen border
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSaudi Arabia’s civil defense issues an alert warning of potential danger in Jazan province before quickly issuing another alert saying that the danger had passed, according to posts on X.
The Saudi civil defense agency first issued an alert warning of “potential danger” in southern Jazan province along the border with Yemen that has been targeted by Yemeni rebels recently.
“A warning has been issued by the National Early Warning Platform in the Jazan Province to alert of a potential danger,” read the statement by the agency.
It then issues an all clear.
