The message has been stressed in multiple conversations that Trump has had recently with Arab leaders, and it has begun to influence the US president’s thinking, the diplomat claims.
Notably, Trump has refrained from endorsing Netanyahu when asked about it in recent interviews, though the US president has still touted the Israeli premier as a “strong wartime prime minister.”
