UK tells Britons to leave Tunisia, another attack ‘likely’

All British citizens should leave Tunisia as another terror attack is “highly likely,” BBC quotes Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond as saying.

Hammond does not cite a “specific or imminent threat,” but the Foreign Office is advising against all non-essential travel to the African country.

Tunisia is a favored destination for UK travelers, with up to 3,000 tourists currently in the country. Additionally, there are several hundred British nationals who reside there.

Thirty of the 38 tourists killed in an attack there last month were British.
