An elderly woman is lightly hurt by rocket shrapnel in a town in the Sdot Negev Regional Council, medics say.
According to the Magen David Adom ambulance service, the rocket launched from the Gaza Strip landed outside a home in the town.
The 82-year-old is being taken to the Soroka Hospital in Beersheba for further treatment, as is a 90-year-old man who is suffering severe anxiety, MDA says.
