Police find girl’s body at bottom of shaft in southern village of Kuseifeh

The body of a 16-year-old girl was found Sunday in a well in the southern Bedouin village of Kuseifeh.
The girl’s father complained to the police Sunday morning that she had disappeared and he was worried that she’d fallen into a well.

Police, accompanied by divers, found her body in the bottom of a well. The circumstances of her death were under investigation, and the possibility of criminal activity was being checked.
