Two Kassam rockets explode in southern Israel

No injuries or damage reported

Two Kassam rockets were fired at in the western Negev Tuesday evening. No injuries or damage were reported.

The rockets landed in open areas in the Shaar Henegev region, which borders the Gaza Strip.

A code red warning system alerted residents to an incoming projectile. Security forces scoured the area for the rockets’ remains.

On Sunday, a Grad rocket damaged two homes in Netivot and another landed in an open area near Be’er Sheva. No serious injuries were reported.
