Police in Tel Aviv arrest eight anti-government protesters, who are taken to the Lev station in central Tel Aviv, according to a group of lawyers who volunteer for detained anti-government protesters.

Attorney and former Meretz MK Gabi Lasky, who is representing the protesters, says three minors are released, and five adults are being held on remand: four on suspicion of disturbing public order and one on suspicion of assaulting an officer.

In a statement, police said they arrested five protesters for breaking through police barriers, blocking Begin Road, and attempting to enter the Ayalon Highway.
