A-G: Let single women use surrogate mothers
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAttorney General Avichai Mandelblit urges the government to change the law on surrogacy to allow all women to make use of surrogacy on medical grounds, regardless of marital status.
Mandelblit said the current law, which does not allow a single woman to use a surrogate mother, was flawed, the Walla website reports.
