Another ex-employee sues Sara Netanyahu, alleging she called him ‘unsophisticated Moroccan’

Another former employee of the Prime Minister’s residence has sued Sara Netanyahu, claiming that the premier’s wife verbally abused him, made him perform demeaning tasks and made a racist remark about him, according to Hebrew reports.

Rami Ben Hamo, who worked in the Prime Minister’s Office and residence for more than a decade, alleges that Sara Netanyahu called him an “unsophisticated Moroccan,” among other degrading language.

He alleges that she would make him work long hours illegally and would order him to clean the soles of her shoes with wet wipes.

If he failed to heed her instructions, the suit claims, “He would find himself subjected to harsh attacks, insults and degradation.”

Sara Netanyahu has faced accusations for years of verbally or physically abusing staff, and staff alleging harm have previously won compensation in court. Another employee filed suit against her last month.

The Netanyahu family denies the allegations and suggests that they’re meant to hurt Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s chances in the upcoming election.
