A father and son who carried out a mass shooting targeting a Hanukkah event at Australia’s Bondi Beach were not part of a broader terrorist cell, police say.
“These individuals are alleged to have acted alone,” Australian Federal Police commissioner Krissy Barrett tells reporters.
