Brig. Gen. Kobi Heller takes over as commander of IDF Judea and Samaria Division

Brig. Gen. Kobi Heller enters his new role as the commander of the IDF Judea and Samaria Division, replacing Brig. Gen. Yaki Dolf.
Dolf was appointed as the next chief of the Northern Corps.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Heller says the IDF “failed in our supreme mission” on the morning of October 7, to protect the citizens of the State of Israel.
The “harsh sights” he saw that day along with “the bravery of the citizens will accompany me in my role and for the rest of my life.”
