Cabinet approves transfer of Qatari cash to Gaza after prodding from security establishment
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIsrael has approved the transfer of $15 million in humanitarian aid from Qatar to the Hamas terror group in Gaza, a diplomatic official confirms.
The decision was made following encouragement from senior officials in the defense establishment, who have ardently supported preventing the humanitarian crisis in Gaza from further spiraling.
The transfer is expected to take place in the coming days.
