Deputy attorney general: Can’t ban employers from demanding workers get vaccine
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleDeputy Attorney General Ran Nizri opines that under certain circumstances, employers can legally demand their workers get vaccinated, according to Hebrew media reports. But he says the demand must be “justified.”
Nizri opposes any sort of blanket ban on employers conditioning their workers’ continued employment on their immunization from the coronavirus.
