Deputy foreign minister calls death penalty for terrorists bill ‘moral and just’

Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely calls the legislation that would allow judges to impose the death penalty on convicted terrorists “moral and just.”

“The death penalty for terrorists is moral and just,” she says after the Knesset vote. “The murderers who destroyed the Fogel and Salomon families are not worthy of living.”

The Knesset approved the legislation earlier 52- 49.
