Herzog hails Iran strikes as crucial for Israel’s security, thanks US for cooperation

President Isaac Herzog praises all who took part in strikes on Iran overnight, including those in the security establishment and political echelon.
“Our capabilities that were demonstrated and the goals that were achieved were very important for establishing the security of the State of Israel and the defense of its citizens,” Herzog says.
He also thanks the US for its “overt and covert” cooperation.
