Hezbollah slams ‘reckless’ terror designation by Gulf states

Lebanese militant group Hezbollah hits back at a move by Gulf states to class it as a terrorist organization.

Israel Radio reports that the organization dismisses the decision as “reckless and hostile.”

In a statement yesterday, the head of the Gulf Cooperation Council Abdullatif al-Zayani says the bloc is implementing the terrorist designation due to hostile acts by Iran-backed Hezbollah within its member states.
