The IDF believes the incident near the West Bank settlement of Ateret, during which a teenager was lightly injured after being hit by a car, was a hit-and-run, and not a terror attack.
Israeli forces are continuing to search for the driver, but have called off the encirclement of nearby Palestinian towns, according to military sources.
