Israeli farmers on Gaza border to file complaint against Hamas at ICC over flaming kites
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIsraeli farmers along the Gaza border announce that they will file a complaint at the International Court of Justice in the Hague against senior Hamas figures in Gaza over the recent fires set to their fields from incendiary kites.
The complaint will be filed against senior Hamas figures, including Yahya Sinwar, Ismail Haniyeh and other senior members of the terror group in response to the PA’s announcement that it would be filing suit against Israel at the ICC for the Jewish state’s lethal response to the Gaza protests.
