Meretz head says PM okayed Trump anti-Semitism

Meretz leader Zehava Galon praises Channel 10 reporter Moav Vardi for asking Trump about anti-Semitism.

“Vardi was the only journalist who bothered to ask about anti-Semitism in the press conference. Netanyahu, meanwhile, volunteered to give a kosher certificate to the government’s anti-Semitism,” she says.

Vardi was one of only two Israeli reporters allowed to ask questions.

Former foreign minister and peace negotiator Tzipi Livni meanwhile finds a way to praise Trump despite his statement.

“This is a president who speaks about peace, it makes me happy that uses the term deal. He says ‘it’s important to me,’ he doesn’t say, ‘do whatever you want.'”
