Police say they have received reports of missile fragment impacts in several areas of central Israel, following Iran’s latest ballistic missile attack.
There are no reports of injuries, but damage was caused, police say.
The Palestinian Authority police also report shrapnel falling in four different locations in the West Bank since this morning, adding that there have been no reports of injuries.
The shrapnel fell in the areas of Hebron and Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, Ramallah in the central West Bank and Nablus in the northern West Bank, the police say, calling on Palestinians to avoid public gatherings, stay in safe areas, keep their distance from suspicious objects and report them to authorities.
Separately, PA Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa has declared a state of “maximum alert” in Palestinian hospitals and directed schools in the West Bank to move to online teaching until at least Monday, according to WAFA, the PA’s official news agency.
