Strikes on the Russian region of Belgorod that borders Ukraine killed one person and injured five others, the regional governor says, two days after renewed attacks by Moscow battered the Ukrainian energy grid.
Four people were injured in the regional capital Belgorod, governor Vyacheslav Gladkov writes on social media, adding that there was also “one dead and one injured” in the district near the main city.
