Kiryat Gat man, 30, seriously hurt by rocket
Further details are emerging on the rocket fall in Kiryat Gat.
One 30-year-old man was seriously wounded from shrapnel sent flying in the explosion, while a nearby car burst into flames. A shrapnel wound in his shoulder led to significant blood loss.
The man received emergency care from MDA medics and is evacuated to hospital.
MDA and other rescue services are searching the area for additional wounded and damage.
