The fact that Trump and his wife Melania came out to greet the Netanyahus in front of the White House is an unusual step, and a far cry from the faux pas the prime minister suffered in London last week, when he had to wait 25 seconds in front of 10 Downing Street after arriving to a meeting with Theresa May early.
